what to know
1. i ALWAYS reserve the right to refuse a commission if it goes against my rules/boundaries.2. my prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE. if you believe my work is priced incorrectly, i will take constructive criticism!3. i will always give you an estimate of when your commission will be completed. please understand that i am a full-time college student and have two part-time jobs so the time it may take for me to complete a commission can range from a couple days to a couple weeks. your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated!4. please provide me a CLEAR reference of your character(s) and idea of what you would like (see pricing) when you request or i may refuse your commission.5. a watermark will remain on your commission until you have fully paid for it. afterwards you can use it however you like WITH CREDIT. please tag me in your bio if you use it as an icon or on the post if you decide to post it. please also do not make any alterations to my work (editing, adding filters, etc.) even after it is paid for.6. i take cashapp and venmo, but cashapp is preferred!

base prices only include the sketch. if you would like lineart, coloring, etc you will need to add a certain amount. for example, if you want a fully shaded headshot, that would be

will draw : humans, furries, animals, demons/spirits/other species, ship art, fanartwon't draw : nsfw or suggestive content, incest/selfcest, anything racist/homophobic/etc, basically anything that can be deemed immoralwhat i specialize in : character art, dynamic perspectives, portraiturecan draw but it is more difficult : backgrounds, children and elderly characters, dynamic poses (please provide a reference!)
Artist Biography
Rowand (also known as rowgley online) is an artist whose work is inspired by the diversity of people and their place in the world. Based in South Carolina, Rowand has always had a fascination with art and creating various works, being inspired by many classic video games and TV shows. They hope their work can inspire others and bring a new perspective to storytelling, animation, and game design.Rowand was awarded the Honor Roll and Dean's List for the past 6 semesters of their undergraduate studies. They have also been accepted into three juried exhibitions in Brevard, North Carolina, along with a collaborative exhibition at Brevard High School. Rowand is currently a candidate for a Bachelor of Art in Digital Art and Painting and Drawing.
